1. Acceptance of Terms
- Customers acknowledge and accept all Terms & Conditions upon creating an account, making a booking, or entering the premises.
- Customers confirm they have read and understood all booking information, including rates, policies, and operational rules.
2. Health Declaration
- Customers declare they are physically fit to participate in sports activities.
- Customers confirm they do not have medical conditions that may endanger themselves or others.
- Customers accept responsibility for monitoring their own physical limits.
3. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
- Customers understand that sports activities carry inherent risks such as injury, falls, collisions, or equipment-related accidents.
- Customers accept full responsibility for any risks associated with participation.
- Customers acknowledge that certain sports may involve higher physical intensity or danger.
- The sports centre is not liable for injuries or damages arising from normal sports activity risks.
4. Indemnity
- Customers agree to indemnify the sports centre for injuries or damages caused by their own intentional, negligent, or reckless actions.
- Customers accept liability for damages caused to facilities, equipment, or other individuals.
5. Age Requirement
- Customers must be at least 18 years old to make bookings independently.
- Customers under 18 must have verified parental or guardian consent.
- Management may request proof of age when necessary.
6. Operational Flexibility
- Court schedules, operating hours, and facility arrangements may change due to maintenance, events, or operational needs.
- Management reserves full discretion to adjust or reassign courts when required.
7. Personal Use Only
- Bookings are strictly for personal recreational use.
- Any form of coaching, training, classes, tournaments, or commercial activity requires prior written approval.
- Approved activities may be subject to additional charges or special conditions.
8. Account Rules
- Each customer may maintain only one registered account.
- Accounts and bookings cannot be shared, transferred, or resold under any circumstances.
- Customers must present reasonable proof of identity when requested by staff.
- Management may deny entry if identity verification fails.
9. Right to Amend Terms & Conditions
GREENLAND SPORTS SDN BHD may update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
10. Latest Version Applies
The most recently published Terms & Conditions automatically apply to all future bookings and usage.
11. Booking, Surcharge, and Refund Policy
No Refunds for Published Rates
Once payment is made and booking is confirmed, refunds are strictly not allowed.
Flexible Booking Option
- Customers may request a Flexible Booking Option for additional flexibility.
- Flexible booking options terms must be agreed before payment.
- Flexible options cannot be applied retroactively to standard bookings.
- Customers must contact Management for flexible-rate charges, which are not part of standard published rates.
- A Flexible Booking Surcharge of 40% is applied to the total bill per receipt when customers choose the Flexible Booking Option.
- This option is not available through online booking and must be requested and paid at the counter before the booking is confirmed. The surcharge must be paid at the time of booking and is not included in standard published rates.

- The surcharge allows customers one (1) change to their booking schedule, including adjustments to the booking date, time, or court, subject to availability and operational constraints.
- Customers must inform Management at least 24 hours before the original booking time to activate the flexibility privilege. Change requests made less than 24 hours before the booking time will not be accepted.
- If the new booking slot has a higher rate, peak hour pricing, or upgraded court category, customers must pay the difference in price.
- The surcharge does not allow cancellations, refunds, or conversion to other booking types, and does not cover customer no shows.
- The surcharge is strictly non-refundable regardless of whether the flexibility option is used. Management reserves the right to reject any change request that disrupts operations or conflicts with existing bookings.
System or Technical Errors
Bookings affected by incorrect pricing or system errors may be cancelled and refunded.
Payment Disputes
Customers must provide name, transaction date, payment details, and contact information for dispute review.
12. Booking Notifications & Updates
Notifications are provided on a best-effort basis. Customers are responsible for checking their booking history and ensuring accuracy of booking details.
13. Termination
Breach of any Terms & Conditions may result in immediate termination of services. Customers waive any claims arising from their own breach.
14. Privacy of Personal Information
Personal data is collected for booking management, identity verification, service improvement, and legal compliance.
Data collected may include name, address, phone number, emergency contact, date of birth, email, gender, and company/designation.
Data may be stored in Malaysia or by authorised service providers.
15. Consent
Creating an account or making a booking constitutes consent to data collection, use, storage, and disclosure. Customers may withdraw optional communications subject to legal and transactional requirements.
16. Accuracy of Information
Customers must ensure all personal and contact information is accurate and updated. Incorrect information may affect bookings or entry.

18. Prohibited Items & Activities (House Rules)
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
- Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances are forbidden.
- Pets are not allowed except approved service animals.
- Unauthorised coaching, classes, training, tournaments, or promotional activities are prohibited.
- Any activity not expressly permitted by Management is disallowed.
19. Responsibility for Children (House Rules)
- Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising accompanying children.
- Children must remain within safe areas and behave appropriately.
20. Attire & Proper Use of Equipment (House Rules)
- Customers must wear proper sports attire suitable for physical activity.
- Equipment must be used responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
- Misuse of equipment may result in removal from the premises.
21. No Smoking Policy (House Rules)
Smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and electronic devices, is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Violations may result in removal or penalties.
22. CCTV Recording & Consent
The entire premises is monitored by CCTV with audio and visual recording. Customers consent to being recorded upon entry. Recordings may be used for dispute resolution, internal investigations, or legal matters involving authorities.
23. Final Rule
All bookings made are final. No changes or modifications are allowed once payment is completed.
- All customers must strictly comply with the sports centre's House Rules, operational guidelines, safety requirements, and staff instructions at all times.
- Management reserves the absolute right to warn, suspend, or ban any customer from entering or using the sports centre facilities for any reason deemed appropriate, including misconduct, rule violations, safety concerns, or behaviour that affects other customers or staff.
- All House Rules are subject to change without prior notice, and customers are responsible for staying updated with the latest version.
- Decisions made by Management regarding warnings, suspensions, or bans are final and not negotiable.
- Suspended or banned customers are not entitled to refunds, compensation, or reinstatement of bookings or privileges.
- Customers maintain full legal responsibility to observe all posted House Rules.
